Red Sox Fans

I am sick and tired of Red Sox fans rubbing shit (sorry for the language) into Yankee fans faces just because they are 8-0 against the Bombers. It is sad because back when the Red Sox were horrible, the Yankees didn't really rub into their faces because they didn't need to(I'm talking people I know, I don't know about the rest of the world). Now, all of a sudden, the Red Sox get good and the Yankees get moderately worse, and hell breaks lose. Red Sox fans can't wait to rub it into Yankee fans faces, "oh we won in 2004 and 2007, and swept you guys all year."
I just feel that Red Sox fans need to stop being so ignorant (not that Yankee fans aren't ignorant), but it's fairly annoying to go to Massachusetts every summer and just be surrounded by, "your favorite team sucks!" and "what you know about 8 and 0." I just am getting to the point to snapping.
Here are some of my favorite "Yankees are better" lines:
  • Talk to me when you win 26, but of course at the Red Sox pace, I'll be dead by then
  • Talk to me when you don't have enough fingers for your rings anymore.
  • Talk to me when you don't have enough closet space for all the tropheys.
  • You're the ones who traded Babe Ruth, so don't blame us for the 86 years.
  • Babe, Bucky, and Boone....hahahahhahahah! (thats all I have to say lol)

Eric Hinske

Okay, I'm about to get a little judgmental right now.

In his second at bat as a Yankee, Eric Hinske hit a solo home-run. He also made an amazing catch to end a threat in the first inning for Andy Pettitte. Yes, he was traded and knew that he wouldn't be playing everyday, but he hasn't played since then, which was Monday.

If Joe Girardi wants to continue to be the manager for the Bronx Bombers then he should really start playing the players that are consistant in hitting. Yes, Eric Hinske only played one game, but Nick Swisher is alright but is not hitting consistanly every game. It seems as if Girardi is playing everyone but Hinske. Yes, he has only been with the Yanks for a week now, but I believe he should give him a chance.

Delayed!

Sorry for the delayment since my last blog, I had a lot of school work and never got around to adding onto this blog, but enough about me, let's talk about them yanks.

The New York Yankees are currently 49-34 and are 1 game behind the Boston Red Sox for first place. They have recently acquired IF/OF Eric Hinske from the Pittsburgh Pirates, in exchange for two low-level minor leaguers.
